(FM) practice works with the CFOs in leading financial services organisations
as a trusted, independent advisor.
We
provide industry specific, commercially-oriented services covering the
following areas:
· Large-scale, global finance transformation and change programmes
· Alignment of risk and finance
· Finance vision, strategic finance operating model and organisational
design
· Shared service centres and offshored service delivery models
· World class finance and performance management processes, such
as fast close, planning & budgeting, ABM, reporting, VBM and balanced
scorecards
· Finance programme execution, covering opportunity assessment,
business case development, programme planning, user requirements and benefits
realisation
· Finance cost reduction and operational process improvement
Purpose and Accountabilities
In the rapidly growing FM practice, they need bright, ambitious managers
and executives to work on engagements with leading insurance, retail banking
and capital markets clients. You will work on a wide range of FM related
projects, utilising and developing further your project management, analytical
and interpersonal skills. You will currently be a high-flyer within the
Financial Management practice of a major consulting or advisory firm,
operating in the financial services sector or alternatively be working
for a major financial services organisation in their finance function,
where you have worked on change projects. Ambitious and committed, you

Experience/Qualifications:
Degree educated - 2:1 from leading university; Preferably accountancy
qualification, but not essential; Either Financial Mgt consulting background
in Financial Services or Experience working on finance change initiatives
within a financial services organisation.
