Responsible for:

Leading Structured MI / Capital Markets transactions across Europe

•  Develop MI/Capital markets structures meeting both customer and the companies needs

•  Responsible for leading the accounting analysis for capital markets transactions

•  Co-ordinate the project with various functions (risk, pricing, operation, legal sales)

•  Lead the internal approval process

•  Negotiate the master policy with the customer and internal functions

•  Follow up on implementation

Develop relationship with key market participants

Develop and maintain relationship with

•  Investment banks

•  Rating agencies

•  Capital markets forum

•  Key market participants

Key team member for European capital management/risk transfer solutions for Mortgage Insurance - Europe

•  Work with the European and US team to develop capital management/risk transfer solutions for the European business via (1) capital market or (2) the reinsurance market

Skills Required

•  2-3 years post qualified experience in a leading accounting firm

•  Experience in offering technical advise in structured finance transactions

•  Experience in dealing with US accounting (Fin 46, Fas 133, Fas 140) as well as IAS

•  Highly analytical/ good modelling skills

•  Knowledge on residential mortgage loans market

•  Team player, good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills

•  Quick learner

•  Fluent in English & at least one other European language (German, Spanish or Italian) preferred
