Once we have had our discussion and assessment of the professional you need, we will:

• Assess the executives registered with us
• Commence a 'head hunt' exercise to search for passive and active job seekers
• Co-ordinate on-line and off-line advertising as required
• Collate all the candidates and begin the interview process
• Provide you with a targeted shortlist of candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and the work with you to ensure the hiring process runs smoothly and both candidate and client agree they've found a great match.
